Marketing Coordinator
About the role
The Marketing Coordinator will lead day-to-day social media management and influencer/UGC marketing for Endnutrition.com, with some support on customer service. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITY
Social Media (Primary)
- Manage and grow END Nutrition's social media presence โ content scheduling, posting, and community engagement
- Plan and execute social media content calendars in coordination with the design team
- Monitor trends, engagement, and platform performance to optimize content strategy
Influencer & UGC Marketing (Primary)
- Source, vet, and build relationships with influencers and content creators across the UAE/KSA market
- Plan and manage influencer and UGC campaigns end-to-end โ briefs, content guidelines, product seeding, and deliverable tracking
- Coordinate content shoots, negotiate collaborations, and maintain creator relationship trackers
- Track and report on influencer/UGC campaign performance
Customer Service (Secondary)
Support customer inquiries via social media and other channels as needed

Category Manager
About the role
The Category Manager will be responsible for managing assigned product categories from end to end, including assortment planning, product launches, pricing, promotions, inventory coordination, and category performance. This role works closely with suppliers, marketing, operations, and the e-commerce team to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Category Management
- Manage the day-to-day performance of assigned product categories.
- Develop category growth strategies based on sales trends, customer demand, and market opportunities.
- Build and optimize product assortments to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Identify gaps in the product portfolio and recommend new products and brands.
Product & Merchandising
- Coordinate new product launches and ensure timely product listings.
- Maintain accurate product information, specifications, images, and descriptions.
- Optimize product categorization, collections, filters, and merchandising on the website.
- Ensure products are presented effectively to improve customer experience and conversion.
Pricing & Promotions
- Develop competitive pricing strategies while maintaining target margins.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, bundles, and seasonal offers.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
- Evaluate promotional performance and recommend improvements.
Supplier & Brand Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and brand partners.
- Coordinate product availability, launches, marketing assets, and commercial agreements.
- Work with suppliers to secure promotional support, exclusive offers, and new product opportunities.
Inventory & Forecasting
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the procurement and operations teams.
- Forecast demand using historical sales data and seasonal trends.
- Help minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
Performance Analysis
- Track category KPIs including sales, revenue, margins, conversion rate, average order value, and inventory turnover.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Use data and customer insights to improve category performance and business growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team to plan category campaigns and product launches.
Coordinate with the design team for category banners, promotional creatives, and landing pages.
Collaborate with customer service to identify customer feedback and improve product offerings.
